A new year and a new look for Hutshop.com!!!!

Hutshops is starting 2008 off with a brand new look. The site was redesigned to make it easier for visitors to navigate and make better choices for their needs. This was accomplished by organizing the sections better and providing the customer with more information about our products. "The most important aspect of a website is its ease of use by a potential customer," stated Brenda Ford, Hutshops Customer Service Manager. "What is the use in having thousands of quality items on a beautiful website and none of your customers are able to find what they are looking for."

In addition to the new look and ease of navigation, Hutshops has also added a live chat feature. Now you can click on the live chat icon at the top of the right navigation bar and initiate a live chat session with our customer service department. Hutshops Customer Service Representative, Brandee Wright say, "With the addition of the live help feature I have noticed that the number of positive responses to the site has increased by about 20% in the few weeks it has been added. It is really cool to be able to help three customers in the time it used to take to respond to one."

The Hutshop.com makeover is just the tip of the ice berg. Hutshops is planning on adding an additional ten sites by the end of 2008. Visit this site frequently for updates on these additional sites.
